Booking Policy: Your
booking will be guaranteed upon receipt of
your signed contract and a 50% deposit. The final balance is due
on the date of
your event. We strongly recommend that you also submit your
final balance by post-dated cheque (dated the day of your
event), along with your contract and
deposit, so that you can enjoy your
day worry-free of payment matters.
For a guaranteed and immediate booking
confirmation, your signed contract can be e-mailed to
inquiries@trioamore.com in either a PDF or JPEG format
and the cheque(s) can be mailed to the following mailing
address: 3609 Benny Avenue, Montreal, Qc, H4B 2S1
Your date will be reserved until the contract and
cheque have been both received. Should another client wish to
book the same date, we will first contact you (if neither one of
these has been received in due time) before offering the date to another
client. Cancellation Policy:Cancellations
due to an event date change or unforeseen time change (of which
Trio Amore was not notified or had not approved), an event
cancellation or postponement, unfavourable weather conditions,
illness are considered CANCELLED bookings. The deposit is
non-refundable. Schedule changes: Your
deposit reserves your scheduled date and time
signed in the contract. We recognize that,
with events planned in advance, you may need to make small time
adjustments as the event approaches. We will do our utmost to be
flexible if there are no other prior or anticipated commitments on our
part. Outdoor
functions: Shelter (tent, gazebo or
large parasol) for the musicians
must be provided by the client in the event of unforeseen
weather conditions. Our instruments are vulnerable
to certain environmental conditions such as direct sunlight and
precipitation. A tree to play under can provide good protection
from the sun when an outdoor structure is not available. Extreme
temperatures and windy conditions must also be a consideration
when booking us for an outdoor event. Strong winds can affect
the sound quality and hinder the musicians' performance. Back
